In the good ending, after fueling up the rollercoaster enough, the player reaches a new area in the Golden Apple Amusement Park. It is not seen what’s behind it in this ending. The bad ending plays a cutscene, where the player wakes up with the Guest looking at them as the wall is blown up. Every time the player is caught, a bomb is placed on a tall, white wall which surrounds and guards a weather station. The player just needs to keep getting caught by the Guest. The bad ending is not hard to get at all. Regardless, there is a small bit of story in the Hello Guest Prototype. This version introduced a new concept, setting, art style and characters.įiguring out solutions to the puzzles was fairly difficult, the Guest was a totally new AI, and nothing like the Neighbor and other enemies fans had been used to. The password was eventually cracked by fans. Originally, the Hello Guest Prototype had a hidden download link which required a password. The Hello Guest Prototype was the first version of Hello Guest, a game that would eventually evolve into Hello Neighbor 2.
